River Oaks Imaging is a prominent diagnostic imaging services provider with multiple facilities in the Houston metropolitan area.
The Challenge
- River Oaks Imaging planned to launch an internal campaign called “Your Experience, My Responsibility” to emphasize the company's commitment to customer service for patients and referring physicians. It contacted FrogDog Communications to consult on a strategy for developing, launching, and maintaining the campaign.
The FrogDog Solution
- FrogDog developed a strategy for an internal campaign with three phases of implementation.
- Phase one delineated measures to establish baselines for progress assessment and outlined a buzz campaign for the launch. The buzz campaign included teaser games, flyers, e-mails, and surprise giveaways themed to lead into the campaign.
- Phase two outlined the launch of the campaign, which was to be kicked off at company-wide staff meetings. The outlined meeting program included multimedia presentations with music to pump up the crowd, CEO presentations, interactive program segments with role-playing games, and campaign-branded promotional giveaways.
- Phase three maintained the momentum begun in the first two phases. This phase included prizes and awards, success measurement metrics, public recognition for staff, and internal collateral.
