Houston-based Allon Health Center includes a number of on-site services, including Omni-Med Laboratories, Women’s Center for Medicine, and the Lisanne Wellness Center—all of which focus on women’s and reproductive health.
The Challenge
The companies needed to develop branding and marketing materials that provided separate identities but still linked the businesses as “sibling” companies, to best leverage their collective work and generate a collective brand.
One of the companies, Lisanne Wellness Center, was preparing to launch new lines of vitamins, teas, and aromatherapy oils and needed distinctive brand identities for each of these new products that still linked them with their parent company.
The Allon Health Center hired FrogDog to develop its branding and materials mere weeks before its open house. In addition to invitations and promotional items for the event, it needed an arsenal of marketing materials ready in time to distribute.
The FrogDog Solution
FrogDog updated the look of each company’s logo while working to align the overall brand identity for Allon Health Center.
FrogDog ensured consistency in design by revamping the businesses’ core company materials, including business cards, letterhead, office documents, and thank-you cards. FrogDog also reworked many of Allon Health Center’s patient-facing materials, including policy documents, patient letters, referral pads, in-office flat-screen images and presentations, phone messages, and sign messages.
FrogDog developed a series of flyers for referring physicians to better understand Allon Health Center’s offerings. This series included flyers focused on the Allon Health Center, the Lisanne Wellness Center, Omni-Med Laboratories, Allon staff, and commonly treated conditions such as infertility and PCOS.
Because the nature of these businesses is so unique, FrogDog organized a custom photo shoot at the Allon Health Center. These images were used in all the materials we developed for the Center.
FrogDog helped the Allon Health Center plan its open house reception for referring physicians. From researching appropriate dates to designing and distributing invitations, FrogDog helped to ensure the event was well-attended. This effort also involved media relations work, as well as the research and fulfillment on a handful of promotional items.
FrogDog helped to introduce the new line of vitamins by researching and recommending names and creating a series of branded yet complementary labels for packages within the vitamin line. FrogDog also designed branding and labels for new lines of aromatherapy oils and teas to be provided through the Lisanne
Wellness Center.
FrogDog helped to promote the addition of a new physician to the Allon practice and generated article pick-ups, as well as developed bylined articles from the new physician for regional publication.
