FrogDog, a fast-growing national marketing and communications consultancy headquartered in Houston, is seeking a professional salesperson for a full-time base plus commission sales position.

Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting new accounts and new business within accounts
- Calling on C-level executives of midsize and large corporations and organizations
- Presenting conceptual solutions and closing deals
- Creating long-term business relationships for FrogDog
- Tracking and reporting prospecting and sales activities with minimal supervision
- Working cooperatively in a team environment with other FrogDog staff
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Two years experience developing new business, managing the sales cycle, and closing high-dollar (min $50k) deals (services, not products)
- Experience selling to C-level executives of midsize and large corporations and organizations
- Consistent track record of keeping and growing existing accounts
- Experience teaming with colleagues on sales, account development, and project delivery
- Experience working with minimal supervision

Compensation
Compensation package includes commission plus base salary, extensive sales training to augment existing experience, retirement benefits, and PTO. Including commission and base, the right person should be able to bring in $100-150k in the first year of employment.
