FrogDog's CEO, Leslie Farnsworth, is scheduled to speak in Dallas on August 14, 2011, at the 39th annual meeting and exposition of the Association for Medical Imaging Management (AHRA).
Farnsworth was asked to present on effective communications techniques that prevent and handle angry patient situations. To prepare for her presentation, Farnsworth conducted original research with radiology administrators and staff. Her findings will be presented and discussed in her presentation at the conference and in a follow-up article in the AHRA Link.
