FrogDog is a close-knit team of dedicated, passionate, marketing-loving, problem-solving nerds.
We give our team members a lot of autonomy: With a distributed-workforce structure, FrogDog team members work from anywhere and we support them in doing their best work from any location. Further, we trust FrogDoggers to manage their time and their work to ensure it meets the needs of the project, the team, and the client.
Effective distributed workforce structures—like FrogDog's—require teams to hold each other to extremely high levels of communication, organization, quality, and service to our clients and to each other. Each day, we strive to do better on these counts. We continually plan and engineer our work to perform ever better than we have in the past.
And, though we work hard each day and on each project and client account, we ensure that we take the time to step back and support and appreciate each other in our larger professional and personal lives. We strive to recognize each other as individuals with lives and interests beyond the virtual office. Also, we ensure the team has downtime together, including quarterly book clubs (even via videoconference!) and periodic all-hands, in-person face time.
